Western New York Family Advocacy For Children’s Educational Services, Inc. or “WNYFACES,” is a 501(c)(3) Not-for-Profit public interest organization committed to advancing justice, equity, and accessibility for individuals and families across Western New York.

Our mission is to connect underserved communities with high-quality advocacy and legal expertise, ensuring that every individual—regardless of financial means—has access to the support and services they deserve. In line with these charitable purposes and missions, we strive to:

• Empower Individuals and Families: Through the provision of expert legal guidance and advocacy to anyone, including those typically unable to afford private legal representation;

• Combat Injustice: By challenging prejudice, discrimination, and systemic inequities that undermine fairness and equal opportunity;

• Safeguard Civil Rights: In defending and upholding the legal protections and liberties guaranteed to every individual, particularly those with disabilities; and

• Support the Disability Community: In addressing the unique challenges faced by individuals with disabilities, their families, and guardians, advocating for inclusivity, respect, and dignity.
